About Me

I obtained my Ph.D. degree at Stanford University (2018), working with Professor Yi Cui in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering. My Ph.D. research was at the interface of electrochemistry, materials science, and advanced characterizations. In particular, my research focused on the materials design and fundamental understanding of chemistry for next-generation energy storage technology.

I subsequently became a postdoctoral fellow with Professor Charles M. Lieber in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology (CCB) at Harvard University. In the Lieber lab, I shifted the gear to the research on neurotechnology that can advance our understanding of neural circuitry, and that can be translated to clinic applications for neuromotor and neurodegenerative diseases.

I am now a postdoctoral fellow with Professor Adam E. Cohen at Harvard CCB. In the Cohen Lab, I strive to exploit molecular biology toolkit to study neuronal activity in the central nervous system.
